Acceptance of Terms: These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of QuickFollowz products and related services (“Services”) provided by Followz Inc. (“Company”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

To access our Services, you must be at least 18 years old or recognized under applicable law as having the capacity to form legally binding agreements. Registering as a member requires providing accurate and complete information. The use of another person’s identity or any information that violates third-party rights is strictly prohibited.

Communication Preferences

Primary communication between you and us will occur via e-Mail, WhatsApp, or thru Live Chat. You acknowledge that we may use e-Mail address or phone numbers to inform you about system updates, new product releases, changes to your account status, etc. It is your responsibility to read our emails to stay informed.

Accounts Security

Maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials is crucial. You are responsible for all activities under your account, and Followz Inc. will not be held accountable for unauthorized access. If you discover any unauthorized access, you must promptly change your password and notify us.

Ownership and Account Transfers

If registering on behalf of your employer or client, your employer or client is considered the account owner. You affirm that you have the authority to bind your employer or client to these Terms. Account ownership can be transferred to a third party with prior notification. In case of disputes, we reserve the right to determine the rightful account owner.

Billing and Payment Information

All Services are prepaid and commence upon full payment. Refunds, whether partial or full, are dependable. It is your responsibility to keep payment information up to date and settle all invoices promptly. QuickFollowz retains the right to modify plans, pricing and terms with notice posted on the corresponding sections of the website.

All payments are processed securely through a third-party payment processor. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for all purchases made through our Services.

Online Payment Security

Your provided personal information, including credit or debit card details, is confidential and encrypted. Ensure the security of your browser for online payments.

System Updates

We reserve the right to update the system, including adding or removing functionalities. We are not liable for any issues arising outside the system updates.

Use of Customer’s Information

While we own the platform, we won’t claim rights to your trade names, trademarks, or uploaded data. With your consent, we may use your information for advertising purposes.

Additional Conditions

We reserve the right to terminate the Product or Service at any time. Insulting our team members may result in immediate account termination. We may remove content deemed unlawful, offensive, or violating third-party copyrights from any panels you may have. You agree not to engage in illegal or abusive activities, compromise service security, send unsolicited materials, create fake orders, or use automated means to access the Services.

Copyrights

We support intellectual property rights and prohibit uploading copyrighted content. We may terminate accounts of repeat infringers.
