    Tips on how will you report an issue

    Account related issues

    Clearly describe the steps leading up to the problem. Include your account username or email address. Provide the topic you would like us to review on. Use optional fields such as for link or files to support your problem.

    Panel related issues

    Outline the sequence of actions you took before encountering the issue. Specify the Panel domain name and the related topic of your report. Describe the steps leading up to the issue. Provide screenshots or links if possible.

    Marketplace related issues

    Be specific about what went wrong with the marketplace transaction such as encountering bug upon checkout, misleading product information or outdated price.

    Orders & Subscription issues

    Include relevant order details and describe the problem concisely. Provide the email address, order/invoice number and date of purchase. Mention the product or service involved. Describe the issue in detail (e.g., cracked items, incorrect credentials). Attach screenshots of the issue you were facing.

    Refund & Cancellation issues

    State your reason clearly and reference any supporting documents. *Make sure you have read our Refund Policy first before submitting a request. Include the order number and date of the transaction. Explain the reason for the refund or cancellation request. Provide any communication or confirmation received regarding the request. Attach screenshots or files related to the issue.

    For issues related to Booster account, orders, Premium, or payments, you may directly visit the Tickets page inside the Booster website and our QuickBooster Department assigned team will reach out to you as soon as possible.
