Report A Problem

The Report A Problem page allows you to submit support requests related to your QuickFollowz account, services, orders, payments, API integrations, or technical issues.

All reports are handled through email communication to ensure your request is properly tracked, investigated, and resolved by our support team.

Information to Include

For faster processing, please provide as much information as possible:

  • Booster Account Number (BAN) or registered email address
  • Order ID (if applicable)
  • Transaction or payment reference (if applicable)
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Screenshots or screen recordings
  • Any error messages you received

Providing complete information helps our support team investigate your issue more efficiently.

Investigation Process

  1. Your request is received by our support team. You’ll be notified by email once an agent has been assigned to your inquiry.
  2. We review the information you provided.
  3. Additional details may be requested if necessary.
  4. Your issue is investigated.
  5. You’ll receive updates through a Ticket Inquiry in your Booster Account if your submitted email address is associated with a registered account. If it isn’t, updates will be sent directly to the email address you provided.

Processing Time

Most reports are reviewed as soon as possible, often within minutes to a few hours. Cases requiring coordination with payment providers, third-party services, account verification, or technical investigations may take longer depending on their complexity.
